Dayforce Flex Work offers unit managers the ability to select and deselect specific agencies & request specific agency workers when creating a shift. During shift creation the unit manager can is offered to Select Staff:
Select Staff will open a pop-up window to allow the manager to:
Deselect/select agencies
Prioritize agencies
View Agency mark-up
Request Specific Agency Workers
Shifts are distributed to the agencies that are selected (1 agency is required per shift). Administrators can redistribute the shifts to agencies not initially invited based on fulfillment rates.
Agency Workers the unit manager previously worked with and that have been rated highly can also be requested.
Requesting specific agencies and agency workers is optional during the shift creation process.
Agencies have visibility within Agency Network if the shift is Competitive (multi-agency) or Exclusive (single agency)
