Dayforce Flex Work offers unit managers the ability to request specific workers who have previously worked a booking and who the unit manager rated highly.
Once logged into OnDemand (Desktop) or Network for Business (mobile app), upon creation of a Booking, a unit manager can select Staff
Select Staff will open a modal to view the MyTeam members. Managers can adjust the selections accordingly by de-selecting/selecting the checkboxes.
Only invite selected staff checkbox distributes the booking only to the selected MyTeam members; no other workers will be created. If a Dash Administrator sees that the smaller pool is impacting fulfillment rate, Administrators will have the ability to re-open the pool to other workers by selecting the "Re-Open Pool".
