How to contest previous entered clock in/out or break times

Contest Hours Functionality

  • Agencies can contest agency worker hours that have been previously entered.​

  • Contested hours are allowed until the invoice is generated

  • Start/End Times are required​

  • Submitted timesheets require manager or admin approval​

  • Manager or Admin can Approve, Deny, Edit the timesheet after submission by the agency

Follow-up with the Booking Manager after you submit the contested hours.

Add Agency Workers Functionality

  • Once a Booking has ended, additional agency workers can be added even if they are not assigned to the original Booking​

  • Additional workers can be added above the original request quantity

  • Locate the booking and position and select Add Workers:

  • Adding workers is a 2-step process​

  • Step 1) Select Agency Workers and select Continue

  • Step 2) Select Reason per worker​

    • Reason is required​

    • Select Submit​

Add Worker Reasons:

  • No-show replacement​

  • Worker assigned directly on site​

  • Worker substitution during shift​

  • Worker wasn't able to clock in​

  • Worker had an issue with the application​

  • Timesheet adjustment after shift​

  • Other (requires additional details)​

After Adding the Workers to the Booking:

  • The workers will display in a section called "Added After Job Closed"

  • Status displays as "Pending Review" with reason tooltip​

  • Agencies can remove their submissions while in "Pending Review" status if they made a mistake.​

After Approval:

  • Workers move to "Approved After Job Closed" section​

  • Edit Past Jobs is not allowed AFTER the Invoice has been generated​
