Invoice Line Items Not Appearing

This article will help an administrator or manager troubleshoot why a invoice line item for a booking is not appearing. The invoice line item will not display based on multiple data reasons

Typical reasons why the invoice line item is not displaying

  • All Agency Workers assigned to the booking need a start and end time or should be unassigned to the shift if they did not work

  • The Agency Worker should not be in Reported status

  • Back-up workers are required to be activated or unassigned

Detailed explanation of why Invoice Line Items won't generated:

Agency Worker With no Start or End Time

Invoice line item will not be produced if agency workers are assigned to a Booking and they did not clock in or out or clocked in but did not clock out. The Booking will show the number of Pending timesheets per Booking.

Agency Workers with Missing Start or End Times

These workers can be unassigned, if they did not work the shift, or can be edited with a start and end time and break duration being added.\

Agency Workers in Reported status

Call to action: Submit a request to Dayforce Flex Work Held Desk to get worker removed from Reported Status. The agency worker status cannot be changed in the UI this is a Help Desk request.

Back-ups Activated

If back-up Agency Workers were assigned. Those Agency workers should be activated and a start, end and break duration added or Unassigned if they did not work the shift.
