Managers are alerted 2 ways of timesheets needing to be approved:
Recent Activity
Managers can select the Job in the Recent Activity section to be taken directly to the job that needs to be approved:
Second option is the upper-right Bell icon. Again, selecting the Notification will take the manager to the Job and timesheet that needs to be approved. The blue dot will be removed after the manager visits the job once.
Close Booking
Managers can review and edit the Start, End and Break duration or indicate a No Call No Show (NCNS) worker prior to selecting Next.
NCNS
NCNS indicates that the worker was assigned to the shift but did not show up for the shift.
Upon selecting Next, there is a Receipt (review) page. No action is required on this page it is displayed for review of total hours and Bill Rate:
Upon selecting Next on the Receipt page the optional worker performance management is available. There are 3 option: Never, Sure, Absolutely
Never
If never is selected, this worker will not be allowed to returned to the unit for future shifts. Please enter fact-based feedback and select the specific skill.
Sure
Sure is a neutral performance rating.
Absolutely
Absolutely is the highest/best rating a worker can receive and this rating adds the worker to your My Team. My Team allows managers to request the worker in the future.
