Log into admin > go to Client > Units or Sub-Units > Managers section.
Locate the manager that needs to be impersonated. On the right-side of the screen is a 3-dot menu. Select Create Booking for the manager.
The manager's account will open in a new web browser. This manager account will display a orange manager that can be closed and the admin can close the manager in the upper-left corner by selecting Exit on behalf of session
All action done within the manager account by the admin are tracked via the Logs section and viewable in the UI and reportable.
