Bookings cannot be invoiced

Why can I not create a consolidated invoice?

Dayforce Flex Work will not allow a Booking to be invoices unless all workers assigned to a booking have been clocked in/out. If a worker is assigned to a shift but has not been clocked in and out there are 2 solutions:

  1. Unassigned the worker from the shift in Dash

  2. Clock the worker in and out (add break time (optional) using Dash as an administrator

Once one of the 2 above solutions are implemented the Booking can be approved by the unit manager and then an administrator can create the consolidated invoice.
