Update Agency Contract

This article will help a Dash administrator update an Agency Contract

To begin, log into Dayforce Flex work as an administrator.

In the left-hand navigation pane go to Agencies > Active > Select the Agency that needs to be updated > upper-right-hand corner > Update the Contract

Select the checkbox if you want the Contract and Bill/Pay Hourly Rate or Mark-ups to take effect immediately. If not, leave unchecked and enter a Contract Start date in the future. This future date contract will take effect on this date in the future if you do not Apply the changes Immediately checkbox.

Review or select the States for the units or locations that need to be updated or added

Review or select the Operating Districts that need to be updated or added and then select Configure Pricing

Review the positions per district and here are the configuration options:

  • Enable or Disable per position (Right-hand side toggle button)

  • Position Mark-up Rate

  • Bill and Pay Rate (per hour)

  • Solid, Outstanding & Epic Tiers if previously configured
