Bookings created less than 72 hours prior to the start of the Booking will be distributed to all agencies immediately eligible for the position or positions.
If the booking is created and the start time is greater than 72 hours the booking is distributed to the agencies in the order defined by:
The program office
and/or
The unit manager
During booking creation the unit manager has the ability to:
select and deselect the agencies
reorder the agencies
